Tribe On Martha’s Vineyard Gets Backing Of Justice Department For Casino (CA—Tribal Casino)
Boston Globe (June 6, 2016) The Aquinnah Wampanoag tribe has gained the support of the US Justice Department in its decades-long effort to open a casino on Martha’s Vineyard. The Justice Department last week filed a friend-of-the-court brief in support of the tribe, which is appealing a US District Court decision in November.
