Arkansas Matters (May 12, 2016) A new effort to bring more casinos to Arkansas would allow the possibility of one casino each in Boone, Miller and Washington Counties. Senate President Sandy Pappas, D-St. Paul, saw that her bill was in danger, given opposition from Skoe and Senate Majority Leader Tom Bakk, D-Cook.
